Store fees are due the first of each month and cover the coming month's service. Offers may vary depending on promotions being held at the time. Unless otherwise stated new promotions are only open to new customers and will not affect the fees of prior store owners. You will not be issued a refund if you decide to close your store after your monthly fee is due.

Below is a running list of the field names and the values you would nee to enter on the bulk csv (don't worry bulk listing is a lot easier than it looks).

The bulk upload .csv format requires that a numerical identity which corresponds to the category of the listing be entered. To find out which numbers correspond to which categories log on to http://www.jbidsnow.com/bulk_categories.php

The JBidsNow system has been updated to allow users to calculate shipping from your destination to their home. These costs will be passed to your payment processor and users will see the shipping costs as separate from the item cost.

To choose the methods you will allow as options for users to pay with you will have to use a site specific numerical enumerator for the major credit cards.

VISA= 9
MasterCard= 7
Amex =4
Discover= 5

So, if you would like to accept Visa, Mastercard, and Amex online, you would list
9,7,4 in the direct pay field. (column V on the bulk .csv). Follow the same steps for the 'other pay' (column W on the bulk .csv)

When using the bulk tool to link to images that are already online, you must add ||||| to the end of the URL address in the csv. The system will not read the address correctly unless this system specific code is present immediately after the url address. DO NOT INSERT ANY SPACES BETWEEN THE END OF THE URL ADDRESS AND THE ||||| characters. When manualy entering URL addresses for listings they do not need to end with that code.
